Russian women are posted on permanent make-up about 15 years. But in spite of such a long term the knowledge about this procedure is full of prejudices and real mistakes.

It leads to ungrounded fear of desired procedure or, what is even worse, to light-headed approach to it. Both ways are totally wrong and can result in unjustified risks.
